I'm big on ladders lately. Here's one from one of my idols, Dan John.
Appropriately, it's called a Dan John Ladder. It's another hypertrophy tool for your box. And, if you do a few sets of these, it can be an excellent finisher or used on GPP day.
Pick any exercise ( preferably a compound move, but isolation moves can be used on occasion) and load your 10-12RM weight.
Perform a rep scheme as follows, allowing 10-15 seconds rest in between each rep cluster: 2,3,5,10. You'll end up with 20 reps for your 10RM weight. Not bad.
