I'm not sure what kind of fish Henry Limpet became, but he kind of looks like a tuna. Some research(yes, I have no life) found that many think he was a Wahoo. Regardless, Limpet loved fish when he was a man, and loved Ladyfish once he became a fish. You should love fish as well, as an excellent source of Omega 3s and lean protein.

Some fish, however, should be avoided because of high mercury levels. And some can be consumed without worry. The good: anchovies, Atlantic haddock, catfish, butterfish, and Atlantic croaker.

The bad: tilefish, shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and bigeye tuna.

From "The Incredible Mr. Limpet" (1964)- Bessie: "Henry, am I the widow of a man or the wife of a fish?" Henry Limpet: " Well, let's be logical, Bessie. You can't very well keep me in the bathtub, can you?"
