HIIT 100s Part 4

Yesterday's leg and triceps day left me with very fatigued quads and sore triceps. I can feel the heaviness in my legs today as well.

Today was chest/back/abs and, although I was pretty tired, I doubled-up on my pre-workout drink and got through it. I was VERY slow on the ab sets, and the deadlift/curl/press 10X10 took me to the edge.

But I got through!

Will take some ZMA before bed tonight for recovery. ( Also had an excellent 90 minute massage post-leg workout that helped me sleep pretty well.)

This is still week 2 of 6, so we'll see!
