Like the character of Jack in "The Shining," I have been descending  slowly into insanity . No, not literally ( although some may disagree) but because of the ever-present cacophony of  the voices of the untrained, inexperienced, passion-less, distracted, and wrongly-focused fitness "professionals."

My mission with these posts from the asylum is to bring the order and sanity back to the discussion; to expose folly, fraud, and failure where it exists, and to have lots of crazy fun in doing so.
