The chest, back, and abs day of Jim Stoppani's HIIT 100s program wasn't as brutal as the squat day ( of course), but it was challenging none-the-less. I've been supplementing with the recommended whey and casein protein, as well as ZMA for recovery purposes.
We'll have to see how I hold up after a few weeks. The program calls for 6 weeks, but we'll have to re-evaluate if I can't shake the fatigue.
Today is shoulders, traps, biceps and forearms ( I actually mixed up the order this week, but will adhere to the proper one in week 2...if I make it!)
