Muscle Potion #9

Just in time for All Hallows Eve, here's a complex I like to call "muscle potion #9." These exercises use a light (12-15 rep max weight on your weakest exercise) load and are performed back-to-back. You can use dumbbells or a barbell.

Start with 9 reps each and work your way down to 5 reps each on the last set. Rest interval:

75-90 seconds set 1
60-80 seconds set 2
45-70 seconds set 3
30-60 seconds set 4

Rest only as long as you need to in order to maintain good form throughout.

Romanian Deadlift

Bent Row

Reverse Curl

Push Press

Good Morning

1/4 Squat

Overhead Press

Pogo Jump

Snatch or Clean Grip High Pull

Use as a conditioning exercise after resistance training or on GPP days.
