A new study from England reveals that athletes who consume so- called early milk from cows can enhance their athletic performance. Early milk, also known as bovine colostrum, is milk produced by cows within 48 hours of giving birth. Runners who consumed early milk experienced 80% lower levels of "gut leakiness", which results in diminished athletic performance and possible diarrhea.You can find early milk in health food stores. Just get there early.
