Get your 60% 1RM in deadlift and bench. Pick one to do per week ( at most, and only if you are an experienced lifter.)
Set a timer for 12 minutes and perform strict singles, walking away from the bar between sets.
Power, strength, speed.
Brutally effective. Oh yeah, wait 'til the DOMS hits.
