More good news for those of you who complain that you don't have enough time to exercise (oh, but you did have time to attend that 6-hour Super Bowl bacchanalia, didn't you?):

Dr. Nicole Glazer conducted a recent study of exercise bout of less than 10 minutes in duration. She found that moderate-to-vigorous physical activity bouts of less than 10 minutes duration are associated with lower cardiovascular disease risk as long as participants accumulate the ACSM recommended 150 minute total for the week.

Surely, you can fit in 10 minutes here and there, right?!
