Perform 10 of each of these exercises in rapid procession:
- Squat jumps
- Burpees w/squat jumps
- Plank kick throughs(5 each side)
- Spidey push ups(5 each side)
- Jump lunge(5 each side)
- Surfer fight roll-up ( from supine postion, roll up to low fight-position stance)
- Punch ups
- Explosive mountain climbers(5 each leg)
- Donkey kicks(5 each)
- Plank w/leg lift(5 each)
Rest 120 seconds. Perform 10 each of the following in rapid procession:
- Duck walk
- Star jumps
- Frankenstein skips
- Plie squat on tiptoes
- Side lunge shuffle hops
- Woodchops(10 each side)
- Dolphin pushup
- Wacky Jacks
- Squat jumps ( yeah, because they're great)
- Punch left /punch right (10 each arm)
Rest 180 seconds and repeat each circuit 2-3 times.
