Project Mayhem

Here's a bodyweight circuit that Tyler Durden could wrap his sinewy arms around:

Perform 10 of each of these exercises in rapid procession:


  • Squat jumps
  • Burpees w/squat jumps
  • Plank kick throughs(5 each side)
  • Spidey push ups(5 each side)
  • Jump lunge(5 each side)
  • Surfer fight roll-up ( from supine postion, roll up to low fight-position stance)
  • Punch ups
  • Explosive mountain climbers(5 each leg)
  • Donkey kicks(5 each)
  • Plank w/leg lift(5 each)
Rest 120 seconds. Perform 10 each of the following in rapid procession:
  • Duck walk
  • Star jumps
  • Frankenstein skips
  • Plie squat on tiptoes
  • Side lunge shuffle hops
  • Woodchops(10 each side)
  • Dolphin pushup
  • Wacky Jacks
  • Squat jumps ( yeah, because they're great)
  • Punch left /punch right (10 each arm)
Rest 180 seconds and repeat each circuit 2-3 times.
