Okay, so I weighed myself on September 9 to see how I was faring on Jim Stoppani's "HIIT 100s" program.
It was workout 2 of week 3. I had gained 4 pounds since I started! I would have completed the workout, but I tweaked my right knee on the second of 10 sets of 10 squats. So, I stopped.
I wasn't following the diet recommendations 100%, but pretty close. Since the program was not working, I'll have to reevaluate and see if I'll try it again in the future.
I was on the 30-second rest intervals and still doing pretty well. Lots of fatigue, though. I tried to get extra rest and was taking ZMA as well.
Now I'm onto the "Reactive Pump(TM)" program, so I'll let you know how that goes...
