Have you ever watched those guys who seem to "jerk" lift their deadlift off the floor?
Don't be one of them. The best way to prevent jerking is to take the slack out of the bar during your pre-lift routine.
How? It's easy. When you are fully set and braced, pull upward with about 10% of the force it would take to lift the bar from the floor. You should feel a slight "click" which feels like there is tension between your hands and the bar.
Now it's time to initiate the initial pull. Give that a try to see if you get some more power coming out of the hole.
