I like a little alliteration on a Wednesday.
Two more of my favorite glute exercises are the bent leg reverse hyper and bent leg back extension. They target both the upper and lower glute and keep the hamstring involvement to a bare minimum.
You will get a nice pump, even cramping with these because they work so well.
I wasn't able to find a good video for either of these, so get a GOOD ( not someone from a big box fitness chain) certified personal trainer to help you out.
