I Triple Dog Dare You!

No, don't put your tongue on the flagpole; try this kettle bell "triples" workout-

Set I: The Ralphie

( For each set, perform 3X each, 30 second rest interval between sets)
20 2-hand swings
20 goblet squats
20 push ups

Set II: The Scut Farkus

20 alternating reverse lunges ( goblet hold)
10 each snatch
20 alternating leg step ups (40 total)

Set III: Chop Suey Palace

15 each 1-leg dead lift
15 each Bent row
20 2-hand swings
20 curl ups



Ralphie( as an adult, narrating) Schwartz created a slight breach of etiquette by skipping the triple dare and going right for the throat!
