Another good GPP exercise circuit or finisher, the kettle bell traveler:
15-20 minute walk with kettle bell, alternating hands
4 rounds:
10 each 1-hand swings
10 each military press
10 each 1-leg dead lift
5 each get-up sit up
3 rounds, 30 seconds each:
bridge (or uni)
side plank ( with progressions as needed)
ropes
