You really need to join the breakfast club. According to Dr. Jason Karp, you need to eat a breakfast that contains a good amount of protein ( 25% of the total meal.)
New research shows that the body needs protein at breakfast for repair and development.
And higher protein intakes at breakfast lead to sustained increases in perceived fullness throughout the day and into the evening. This led to decreased snacking in the evening, particularly of unhealthy, high-fat foods.
John Bender: "...PB&J with the crusts cut off...Well, Brian, this is a very nutritious lunch, all the food groups are represented. Did your mom marry Mr. Rogers?"
Brian Johnson: " No, Mr. Johnson."
