The Tail End of My Glute Exercises

This is the last of my "top 5 (exercises) for your bottom" series. This pendulum exercise can be performed on a lying leg curl machine as well. Or, a "butt-blaster" if your gym has one of these old relics lying around ( mine does, of course!)

You can also perform these against a partner's manual resistance or while wearing ankle weights, but this is only good in a pinch because the weight won't be nearly enough to do much.

Remember, strong  glutes are a key part of your "core" musculature.
