2. Dead Bug ( Core, core, core)
3. Face Pull ( bring the meat to the mouth, forcefully)
4. Reverse Curl ( strength to pull from the "zombie arm" position)
5. Farmer's Walk ( core, slow walk mimics the real cadence)
6. Box Squats ( because you just came out of one)
7. Side Plank ( improves the strength of that stiff walking style)
8. Skullcrusher ( gotta get to the brains- yum)
9. Dumbbell Deadlift ( let's face it, intelligence ain't your strong suit)
10. Turkish get-up ( because you fall down a lot)
11. Looong walks 9 that's what you do)
