It's frightening what passes for food these days and how it's getting gobbled up. Taco Bell's meat filling ( allegedly) contains some very icky stuff, and McDonald's "Chicken" McNuggets contain only 50% actual chicken.
What's in a McNugget? One item is an "anti-foaming agent" made of silicone that is also found in Silly Putty. TBHQ is a chemical preservative also found in pesticides and varnishes. The remainder of the ingredients are sugars, corn derivatives and leavening agents. Yum!
Taco Bell's "beef" allegedly contains only 35% beef; the remaining 65% contains soy lecithin ( made from soy oil sludge containing pesticides and solvents), maltodexterin ( a sweetener made from corn, potatoes or rice), corn starch ( a carbohydrate made from wheat, corn , potatoes or tapioca)and silicon dioxide, which is harmless, but provides no nutritional value. Yum-yum!
Eating fast food just twice a week doubles your chances of developing insulin resistance, a primary factor in the development of diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
You're really crazy if you keep eating this garbage-and even crazier if you're feeding it to your kids.Cook some real chicken for your family-and give your kids the Silly Putty instead.
